In the heart of the Chianti a small farm renews its identity by expanding its ageing cellar and introducing an experimental olive press for its own olives. The intervention, designed to have minimal visual impact, develops almost entirely underground so that the access points become the only source of natural light. The choice of exterior materials—local stone and corten steel—reinforces integration with the rural landscape, turning the project into a harmonious example of agricultural architecture: solid, functional and perfectly inserted into its surroundings.
