Paolo Gianni – surveyor, designer, and enthusiast for landscapes and interior and object design.

He graduated from the Vasari Technical Institute in Florence and later attended the Faculty of Architecture in Florence, completing almost all of the academic course, lacking only three exams to obtain the degree . Alongside this path he undertook numerous specialization courses: from energy diagnosis of buildings to court and party technical consultancy, up to the most recent regulatory updates in urban planning and building .

Continuous training and growth

His passion for construction was born in his father’s building company, where he learned the value of practical site work while still a student . This direct experience enabled him to combine theory with concreteness, developing a constant attention to detail . Over the years he enriched his skills through courses and certifications, such as :

• Corporate tutor course.
• Fire‑prevention course.
• Course on energy diagnosis and building certification.
• Course on legal and regulatory aspects for court‑appointed (CTU) and party (CTP) technical consultants (2014).
• Courses updating telematic procedures of the Civil Engineering Department.
• Specific training on urban‑planning changes to Regional Law 65/2014 and subsequent amendments (SCIA 1 and SCIA 2).
• Course updating planning parameters.

His most significant projects are characterized by attention to detail both at the design and execution stages and by constant research into innovation in materials and architectural solutions .
