A 1967 “Legge Ponte” building previously modified in the 1980s is re‑imagined. Two separate flats are combined into a single, more comfortable and contemporary home. Original architectural features—from floors to fixtures—are retained, but updated finishes give new freshness and linearity. Essential, sober interiors reflect a renewed balance between history and the present
