A visionary idea to link two vital parts of the town. The proposal consists of an elevated steel spine 669 metres long, walkable and equipped with moving walkways in the steepest sections. The structure, made of steel “vertebrae” rotating relative to each other, creates a dynamic vortex that is especially striking when experienced from inside. This project turns an urban connection into an architectural and perceptual experience.
